Here are the official TomTom voices that come as standard on all pre-2012 TomTom's that use the TomTom Home software for updating.

You should have a folder in the root of your device called 'voices' which will contain the voice files. You can create the folder yourself if it is missing.

Extract the voices into the voice folder overwriting the old ones if necessary (they do not require activation of any kind).
