I am trying to download NZ maps

and continuesly getting this error
"Error: The file you are attempting to download does not exist or has been removed because it violates our terms of use." when trying to download.

I am registered with the download site.

What is the problem is it me? I seem to get this error whenever I try to download anything.

All of a sudden my Garmin won't start up. Logo just keeps flashing. Will not connect to pc. Have updated and reinstalled items on sd card but still nothing happens. Any suggestions on how to solve this problem? IE is there a way to put the necessary garmin files for startup and connection to pc on the SD card? I have a go720 and have tried 3 versions of the same navcore with it today.
The first official 9.465 navcore is installed on the tomtom the 2nd and 3rd were running from the sd card slot...

1st I tried official 9.465 with UK & Ireland 905.4754 and loquendo
gave me around 13-14mb free and everything working.
2nd I tried DSA 9.465 with UK & Ireland ...

I currently am using 9.205se in x40 emulation using the setconfig.txt file.
Are there any newer navcores that will enable me to keep that emulation? I tried the 9.510 listed and it dropped back to my original menu and then my map stopped working, so I did a restore back and now am looking to do an update that will work.

I've being reading, testing and trying without luck.

I have a bit of a problem on my Chinese double din where IGO Primo v2.0 will just suddenly cause my device to reboot for no apparent reason. I could be just driving along following the prescribed route and then bam it just reboots, sometimes I get an out of memory error but normally it just suddenly reboots.
