If your map uses post codes (UK, Netherlands or Singapore), you should have a folder in the root of your device called 'zip' which will contain the post code files. You can create the folder yourself if it is missing.

Download the relevant files for either or all of those 3 maps from the links below, extract the archive(s) into the zip folder overwriting the old ones if necessary.

I have an old Tomtom One V3 which always served me well, specially with the updates provided by this forum.
I would like to know if there is any chance to "import" a gpx/route to it. And if yes how.

I tried to get support for Igo Primo, but they told me Igo Primo is not supported anymore , but they now have a new app to rteplace the Primo version that was now supported.
You can download and try the new version from the all store, and after they give you 1 day to try including the map for your place.
