Hi everyone,

Been using the site for a while now for updates on various family units. I have a go 710 that i've had for a while that i updated at the weekend with latest maps 945.6243 and that runs fine. I've tried installing trucks on a seperate card and it boots fine and runs the maps ok.

Reading through the forum, it seems to be suggested that the 710 isnt great for trucks and ...

I have an URGENT request. I thought I could simply purchase the North American maps from Garmin and install them on my device, but I guess it's not as simple as that. I bought the Garmin Nuvi 154 LMT in Germany when I was stationed there. Now, I am going on a road trip to Canada this evening and realized I can't easily buy and install the North American maps.

Hello everybody, first of all thanks for the efforts of this team.
I have an old Go500 with 32 mb which still works with Navcore 8.455. I would like to upgrade the Navcore to a 9 version in order to use newer maps. Which version do you advise for me? I've tried the Universal Navcore Installer and it apparently works but I experienced a few issues (a few restarts and a freeze).

A couple of years ago I reported issues with using my Tomtom in Cyprus. I've just returned from Malta and have experienced similar problems.
Navcore: 7.917 Map Europe IGB West 945.6243
The kit seems to think that Malta drives on the right and gives warning messages to this effect on establishing the route.
The advance information symbols show the direction as counter-clockwise round roundabouts ....although....
the spoken instructions and the live maps are correct showing ...

Hi, I am new to this forum. Here is my dilemma, I recently bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee fitted with the 720N REP Uconnect Radio/Nav/Info system. It do come with the South Africa Map installed but Namibia, Botswana and rest of Africa has no maps. The dealers also said that the updated maps still do not include Namibia (where I live)

I also have track4africa a map that run seemless on garmin systems, but ...

Can anyone recommend any apps that are good for visits and tours round cities and towns (by foot)? I am looking for something that offers the functionality of Google maps, but also lets you plan and store trips and routes point by point, and ideally has sites and points of interest marked, recommended routes and even information about sites available.

I am looking for free IGN (Dirección General de Instituto Geográfico Nacional) maps to cover central northern Spain - Guadalajara / Castilla-La Mancha.
I am hoping to load them on to a Garmin GPSMAPS 64S.
The IGN area that I am particularly interested in is MTN25 - 513.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I have tried a couple of alternative OSM maps but I really like the the IGN ones as used by ...
