But when i tried to open the maps it seemed to be encrypted and asked for a password, where can i find that password

I've been trying to copy a new map on a GO720 for 5 days now, without any success at all! I can't imagine what am I doing wrong, I've read many different tutorials, I've read posts about troubleshooting, including this: A freshly installed map is not working, I've tried at least 5 different maps, and nothing!
