How to install speed cameras? Do they cover all countries?

I have a 2Din radio with WinCE 6.0 that came with igo primo that works well. I tried changing to Nextgen but it has a resolution problem. It blows up the image 4x so you can't see anything. I think it must be the skin and sys.txt problem but I can't find the solution.

The unit is 800x480 and should work with NextGen just fine. I tried changing the DPI but all it did maken ...

Hello. Recently I joined this forum to update a Tom Tom Go 710 to the lastest maps and software version. I've followed a guide in a thread and everything went fine.
Now I'm asking for help to update the maps inside my Garmin (the one that comes with the VW Up) and maybe even add support for speedcams (italy is full of them).

I have a Clarion NX501 headunit that I purchased from eBay. The individual I purchased the headunit from must have messed with the micro-SD files, and thus was the reason he listed it. I should file a complaint, and return the item, but I had already installed the headunit, and had it put in my car, so I didn't really want to mess with it.

Only on this one particular stretch of the M3 I always see my car's speed freeze on the GO720 screen, with a horizontal bar showing above the speed value - see the attached screen-grab below. Whereas I'm actually travelling at the 50mph speed limit together with many other vehicles.
The satnav operates and displays normally in every other respect.
I've never seen the same effect anywhere else.
Anybody else seen this anomaly?
What's the explanation? ...
