I tried a few times , and still the same - went to splash screen and stopped. So connected to usb on the front of computer. Restarted , still nothing. Just joined and spent 2 hours reading and I think I understand how updating works, but I keep getting frustrated by non-existent links to download Fastactivate.

1. I assume Fastactivate patching is NOT required if I download an Install and Patch version of a new map - is this correct?

2. My Navcore is 8.016 (see below for TTGO.bif data) - will 960.7077 UK & Ireland work?

3. If no to 2 above ...

I have downloaded and tried to activate United Kingdom and ROI 980.7895 with no luck on activation dct error in map will this map work on my system or is it im doing something wrong

I have already visited the dealer who sold me the 208 less than 2 years ago who told me Peugot no longer support updates for this model & just told me to search the internet. Very helpful. Trouble is, I have no idea what USB update I need. Can anyone direct me to a site where I can find out the information I need & where I can buy this update?

I have allready updated several times all kind off tomtom's.
Now im running windows 10 on my laptop, and the fast activate doesnt work well.
When i run it as administrator, the screen pops up, and goes away.
Tried several navcores, and also different maps, and still the same problem.
Tried it on a different laptop also, windows 8, the same problem.
It was always a piece off cake, but im struggling with this one ...

NavCore version is 9.057
TomTom Start, 2GB
model number: 1EX00
it has no SD card, only internal storage

Anyone got a link to some guide, it would be greatly appreciated.
