I buy on the internet a TomTom XL. I have access to the internal card of my tomtom XL.

Before any manipulation, I made a backup of it !!!

What tutorial could I use to update my tomtom XL?

I need some help if possible. Sorry if my english is not perfect, i'm french.

Since a week, i try to get a canadian map on my Tomtom XL.

I've downloaded differents maps (Western_US_and_Canada_995_8546 / Canada_Alaska_995_8508...) but it is always the same problem. When I use Fastactivate.exe, i have the same message : "Western_Us_and_Canada-101293.meta => .dct ERROR."

I don't know what to do now... I've updated FastActivate.exe, I added meta

my uncle wants his TT updated. I have found out it is the GO 750 version with Navcore 9.530.

If I got it right the Navcore 9.5XX supports Europe 995_8530 map. I have started downloading the installer+patcher version.

I wanted to ask what languages will the TT support? It is currently already "flashed" I think and uses Lithuanian language for menu and spoken directions.

No need licenses.
The application can be installed in the folder name iGO or iGO_Basar without changes data_folder_name="iGO_Basar" in sys.txt
Copy the iGO/iGO_Basar base folder to root of internal memory.

Been searching through the internet for over a week, trying to learn needed update info on my newly purchased (old) TomTom One XXL & only finding ...

I try to navigate using my telephone contacts but get continuously message invalid address. My telephone is a Huawei p8 lite and my navigation is Smeg+iv2 (version smeg6.0.D.R.8) with 7 inch touch screen. I see the address (street, number, city) all separated by commas but also it already starts with a comma on the first position which is likely the reason for the message. Hello. I updated my Go 530 for the last time a few months ago before getting the dreaded mail that says it will be unable to get further updates.

I have left it in the car, so I don't know which Navcore version it has. I've been installing every Europe map in the SD card and right now I'm dowloading the 995.

Will it accept the 995 map? Should I let TT Home run and ...

None of meta codes work on Europe 995.8507 nor Uk & Ireland 995.8507 you always get .dct error on fast activate so these meta codes are false or something wrong with maps ,just wasted my time downloading new maps
