Can anyone steer me to info about which maps & how to update my Magellan® Maestro™ 3100 GPS unit please?
I don't even know what maps it takes & I don't see a listing for Magellan on this site.

Many thanks to this forum though as I was able to update my TomTom & Garmin GPS's but with the Magellan, I don't even know where ...

Can someone please tell me if there is a way of transferring recent destinations when updating maps ?
Which file is it that contains this information and can it be copied and pasted or is it more complicated than that ?

Tool to enable two hidden functions in the Nuvis 3597: TracBack and ecoRoute Standard.
I not deepened the use of Tracback yet, but its function is to record on Travel Planning the last path made in order to return the same way. Maybe it will be useful in off-road and also in road use.

Hoping the brains trust can help out. Have an old Nuvi 265w which I am trying to get my favourites off of. unit is extremely slow to start and respond to button presses but it still works. I cannot get it to connect to Garmin express or webupdator. Drives are seen when connected within windows, SD is accessable but the unit itself isn't and it just hangs, even left over night. Hello i have an other question maybe some one knows an answer.

I have a tomtom (4n00.004.2) one new edition with a screen calibration problem and with a sd card slot.
and a tomtom 4EK0.001.01R) one IQ routes working perfectly without a sd card slot.

both tomtom devices look the same but have little experience with the hardware of a tomtom device.

maybe some one can help.
