but i was wondering, is it possible for me to port the localized firmware from SG/MY into it?

Oke i have installed a new map on a little bit old tt.
So far so good, the map is working great.

But one problem, i dont have a voice dat speaks to me when i must turn left or right?
I have installed a view voices dutch voices, but still dont have a voice?

basically i installed a skin which came with a custom booting screen

and i wanna chnage it to igo8's default one....

anyways, i tried to change the file called --> loading.bmp

at 2 different places..

1- branding.zip/ui_igo8_da/800_480/loading.bmp
2- data.zip/ui_igo8_da/800_480/loading.bmp

when i boot iGO8, its still the same ugly boot screen...

So i ended up adding putting another copy of loading.bmp

on the root of my iGO8 folder

and then i added this in ...

I have downloaded and unlocked the speed cameras for the UK. However, I do not have any poi's or a poi folder to put the 2 files in can anyone please advise if I just create a folder and call it POI and also where can I obtain POI'S for the UK ?

Is actived, but When I click Power Buton don`t apear any image, only black and is faster to go on.

I need the original Go on when I click power.

And if possible a new firmware for this tomtom.

I have one other tomtom whit SD card 256 , any firmware for this device for put the map ...

I know this is off topic but you seem to have made this site nearly impossible to navigate lately. If it's not the constant "pop under" ads that appear nearly every time you navigate to another page then it's the ads that come before the page you want, and you have to sit there while it loads and then click "skip this ad" just to get to the page. After 5-10 minutes surfing the site ...

Can anybody explain why is there so many types of map of Garmin? I'm using Garmin XT 800x480 version. Which 1 should I download?
