Need Help Please

iGO8..just installed Primo 1.2 with North American maps after starting Primo 1.2 about 15 min later it shuts down when I restart get error message load defaults settings.
How can i fix this

I have Garmin nuvi 3970 which has preload map of CN Europe 2011.10 including JCV folder, G2S folder, gmap3d.img, gmapdem.img and gmaptz in In H:\.system.
I add to the device Middle East & Northern Africa NT 2012.20 through mapsource, to have finally gmapsupp.img in H:\Map\ (for Middle East NT 2012.2).
Please advice where to place the other files gmap3d.img, gmaptz.img & gmapdem.img of new Middle East & Northern Africa NT 2012.20 map.

I installed 8.30 SW on a wince5 PNA, then generate the licenses, Sygic said activation is OK but still no map displayed. I used Lesoto map and WCL basemap. Below are the content of .mlm files(lso.mlm, wcl.mlm):

Hello Guys, have a problem with this file. I have read to include this file to see the shape of land, I have added "CONTENT" and then "DEM", but not work!
I have tried to go to gps, and see activations, I say that DEM is not active! why be so?

When I try to calculate route my PNA writes "UNABLE TO CALCULATE ROUTE. NOT ENOUGH MEMORY AVAILABLE". Only for long distance calculatin (more then 1000 km).
Any ideas, thx
