For bmwdriver: I used the downloaded copy of your SD card containing NC8.545, and I'm very pleased to report great success! On another SD card I run NC8.204 quite successfully, but I have to say that your NC8.545 results in some additional 3 MB of free RAM.

Emulation x40 gives more usable ...

According to the info page this should be compatible with a TomTom 300, but it's bigger than 2 GB and the TomTom 300 only accepts SD cards up to 2 GB.
Where am I going wrong?

I have a tomtom go910, navcore 7.903. I installed the Australia 870.3391 map and patched the same way as the 865 map. The device recognises the map. When I go to choose it the device just freezes and does not respond so I went back to the 865 map. Do you know how to patch the 870 map on my device.

I was using 9.134 but then moved my latest maps to an sd card and I used the navcore that appeared to be favoured for the GO920 ie 9.051. This navcore works really well in most aspects and I only have one issue. The screen sensitivity with 9051 is such that when working through menus I skip pages and entering info using the keyboard has me entering the same character multiple times with one ...

I have 2 tomtoms one xl and go 720 both running SE navcores. The problem I have is neither will shutdown on power off! they go into hibernation I think as soon as I press the power button the map screen shows ie no tomtom drums.
please any help? thanks

I've a Garmin Nuvi 1310T with UK and ROI GPS Sat Nav. I've unfortunately deleted the .JCV file by mistake from the hidden folder "System".

Can anyone know how can I restore it or download it from? Knowing that both software and map updates have not solved the problem.

Today i've received the TT 720. I put it on, but the battery quickly died on me, but i managed to get these details off it:-
