Newbie here

I am using old c320 + xtyler92 stuff back then and based on his reco, I donwloaded primo1.1 from chas link + usa-canad11q2 map.
am able to tweak the old ui to run primo1.1 and program is running fine unfortunately it stuck at "Looking for GPS signal"
am I suppose to edit sys.txt with some sort of gps settings?

I also downloaded primo2.0 and able to get it to run on my c320 ...

I've recently bought a Chinese Gps off Ebay with WinCE 6 on it and Oziexplorer Ce 2.35a to run on it, it works perfectly but the only problem i have is everytime i exit Oziexplorer or restart my devicce I have to put in my registration details or the program closes everytime?! is there a way i could use a mortsript command and that ...

I am trying to patch USA_Canada_Mexico_P_4097 map for my GO 930 running 9.400.
I keep on getting error "cannot use this map". I did run the FA toolstep 1 and 2). I checked the map folder and there is no *.dct file. Anything I am missing.

I have added some icons to Primo 2 that works just fine. I set up a folder ui_igo9 at Primo root directory, added two sub-directories 'common" & "icons/poi". I then added the poi icons (32X32, BMP) & SPR files for them in the "common" sub-folder (poi1.bmp, poi1.spr,...........). The spr file for each icon looks like this:

BmpFlags = 0
DefFlags = ALPHA_PIXEL | ALPHA_LAYER
DefPhase = 1
Stripes = 32
DefAlpha = 32

ive been informed that igo primo is probably the best for this unit.

i have a valor ddn-868w double-din with 6.3" screen (800x480 i believe) - and it comes with a micro sd card with gogo maps 2011 from engistech

basically i wanted to know if this can be replaced with another gps maps system such as garmin?

i've scoured the internet (well, googled mostly) about engistech and gogo maps - and practically no info available...

can anyone help?

just curious to try out other gps ...
