After a week of trying, snooping around forums, genius brain farts, I got tomtom working on my Sony NV-U71T.

What do you need;
Looks like the Sony NV-U71T has a small version of WinCe 4.2 which support TomTom 7.450 and not 7.910.
On this site you will find the necessary software. Install it to your device as descripted.. tutorial demonfatal.
After installing the 7.910 i got a message "This version of TomTom is not supported ...

I have a eonon g2226u in dash DVD and GPS. Unit is relatively new and this seems to be the only place on the internet with the knowledge to help me.

It's a china made 2Din DVD with Navi but no maps. I believe it's running on a Win Ce platform with 800x480 resolution and comport 2 and baud rate 9600.

Questions:
1. Where can I download the maps and run in the SD card? (i prefer hong kong/china map)
2. How do I install it or run it in my system?

I prefer everything in english and don't want any chinese map.
