Hi, I have a built-in Macrom navigation with IGO Primo software (legally license). I'm new in this, but so far I understood whole SW is stored on SD card, is thet right?
Could anybody please help me understand how to update maps and etc.?
Can I use new downloaded maps for IGO Primo? Or need I replace whole SW before?

Nobody posted an A to Z tutorial, just bits and pieces. I dislike opening a new topic about this as it has been discussed more or less, but an A to Z topic on how to update would be highly appreciated, and not just by me.

I´ve already checked lot´s of topic and foruns but still have the same doubt, is it possible to patch Carminat Live 9.844 or not?
In some foruns people say they have already done it, but in others they say it´s not possible.
I want to put the latest Portugal version on my car.

The original map is map/France 870.3413 and i'm trying to install this new one France 950.6493.

Hello everybody. Recently we've bought a Grand Scenic 3 and it has come with a Carminat 8.842 so it's NOT LIVE. As I was reading the forum I saw that people who has Carminat Live cannot install maps, upgrade navcore etc. I've seen that you can install patched maps in Carminat 8.842, but what about upgrading navcore to something like 9.10, is there a way to upgrade it and to install newer maps?
