Just wondering if someone could give me a complete run down on how to change the map on my Nuvi 40. I bought the satnav from America about a year ago and need UK maps putting on it and American maps backing up if possible.

I honestly dont have a clue where to start. The Nav does not have a SD card and only has the internal memory. Will I require an SD card? ...
