It is a standard device with 8.010 navcore and 5.3026 bootloader

I have performed a backup via TTHome of the internal 1GB and ordered a Sandisk Ultra II 2GB SD card.

Am I right in thinking if I update it using SE_Navcore.9.205.547817_32mb_devices.rar (Widescreen ONLY) along with the 2 maps South_Africa_Swaziland_and_Lesotho_860_3108 & Europe_West_860_3101 that it will then work with the ASR, ALG and IQ routes features?

Will it also run smoothly? Do I need to install ...

I have a new tomtom XL 2 IQ routes (model 4ET03). So far I've used tomtom home to update to latest map and corrections and all seems fine. I wanted to use some of the downloaded voices I have so copied the homer files to the 'voice' folder on my tomtom, then downloaded FastActivate 26.12.2010 copied to root and ran. Everything went though ok, got latest meta.txt, it found and patched voice files. ...

I have installed

1. Australia 860.3101/3100/3123 (none works)
2. SE_Navcore.8.412.1236
3. SE_Navcore.9.151.605385
4. FastActivate.exe (tried inside Australia folder, outside Australia folder, none works

Hi all, I've been given an American bought TT xl 335 se, I've followed all the excellent tutes on here and can get the maps up and running no probs..but there is no sound at all voices are shown but when you press "test" there is nothing at all..Any help would be greatly appreciated...Cheers

I currently have a TomTom Go 720 With 860.3101 Map and v9.150 software, but when I calculate Eco Routes, I get exactly the same route as when I calculate the fastest route (Even when the latter is substantially longer and faster than alternative routes). Does anyone have any idea what is wrong?

I have 2 TT devices, a 630 where the TMC works perfectly and a 710 where the TMC doesn’t work at all.
It says that the TT RDS-TMC Receiver is connected, but the green button never become green, just searching for a signal all the time.

I tried x20,x30,x40 and x40 modes, and lots of different navcores 
Any suggestions?

Help! I had a working tt truck map etc. (core 8.396 & map version 855) and i updated my nav this evening which has updated the core to 8.398 and now the tt wont accept the truck map and/or any truck attributes!! I tried the autoinstaller for the new 860 truck maps and still the same result????? Can anyone help?

foot note: At least i backed up my sd card before i updated it, so ...

i have a question about the internal and SD card

on the one xl the device will only use the internal or the external storage with external taking priority if installed

on this device i can see both storage drives when a card is installed..

so my question is can i install a different navcore on the sdcard and leave the original navcore on the internal
