hi.i have pruchased a trucker 620 from ebay and it just has usa maps.i tought that is the same device as the professional 620.why cant i add eu maps to it?
what am i missing?

I have a tomtom go 930.

Already have changed the battery, put a sd card, and everything is running fine.

The problem is when I want to fully use the truck map. So for this, I have used many truck navcores (from this forum included), but the problem is that, the sound stops working about 1 minute after turning the device (so a problem with the navcore..), and the jukebox to listen music ...

I have searched many sites and many forums but I never found anything related to remove the limit of how many favorites I can add to a map, or by changing the mapsetting file to add more or with a modified navcore.

Anyone have managed to circumvent this problem?

I couldn't do a back up beforehand, since it had some issues to copy certain files. Then I was adding navcore files manually resulting in no success. Then I used the TT Universal NavCore Installer. I'm interested in preserving my Go 920's internal battery. Various terms are used when discussing the 'OFF' state a TomTom unit can be in. I've come across these terms in connection with the operation of a TomTom.

Suspend
Standby
Hibernate
Sleep
Power down
Switch-off state
Fully shut down state

How many 'OFF' states can the Go 920 be in?
What are they?
And how do they rank for battery power consumption?

And hence advise what ...

I am trying to install the United_States_2GB_1065_10692 on my tomtom Go930.
It keeps complaining about not enough space.

Any thing I can delete to get more space or use another map.
