if i have to update map what map would i update it to the 8603100 work well but getting a bit old

After updating Meta.txt by FastActivate 02-08-2013 it shows "Updated_meta is dated 12/08/13 04:51"
and then when i open it - "Updated_meta" text file content is:

I think there was a mistake, the Eastern Europe_910_4973 has the same meta codes as the Western Europe_910_4973

On my Tomtom 1 screen I have added a soft button, which sets the display to night time -as shown below. The trouble is that I have forgotten how I added it, so am unable to take it away. I know it was from some convoluted menu, but which one? Anyone able to help?

I have a Tom Tom XXL GPS device and would like to get it updated.

It's 2 years old.

Does anyone know which current Tom Tom map for Australia I should obtain?

I may require other items such as speedcams, voice, plus whatever else might be required.
