Lately I was asked to upgrade my old TomTom One XL and I've found out how and did, but when I wanted to start charging it in the car, it started smoking.. Anyway, now I've got to choose which new GPS to buy, seeing as it is highly FREE upgradeable I just need someone to help me choose THE model that will suit me.

I copied the "Navcore.9.205.547817.1" folder to the root of my tomtom Go910

now it would not start up and is not recognised by the computer

i tried reseting and charging but till doesnt work, also a black bios booting type screen appeared after reseting

help please

That TT Map 875.3633 work on PNA/PDA (wince ver 7.xx)...

I have test it for Southeast_Asia_875_3633 NOT WORKING on PNA WINCE version.:naughty:

Had no problem at all with TMC until I did something" with my device, and now I can´t get it work again. Tried x10, x30, and x40 mode in settings, diffentent maps and so on.

Can it be the antenna?

I have a TomTom One 310 and I'm wondering if I can upgrade the navcore to 9.x or what would be the best navcore? Currently it has navcore 8.017 installed.

I mistakenly format my Old tomtom one N14644 GPS without backup and I can not restore it back to the original state.

So what are things I need to install on it (Map, updates and so on) order to be working again?

What version of MAP should I download and install, where should I install the map?

Is there a way to get a GPS Quick Fix update without using TT Home? I have a Go 720 with a Nav and map on a SDHC card and would like to copy the latest files to the ephrem folder using a card reader.
