Home2 updated it to navcore version 8xxx and then a further update to version 9.057. Hi all, my trusty 730 has started acting up. The right half of the touchscreen refuses to work. I have had to resort to using Tomtom Home to set destinations etc, and convert it to left hand use to operate when in the car. If I need to get to any menus, I'm screwed, and if I press something and cant get back to my route, have to do a hard reset with a pin. ...

I've tried various different TomTom GO models with different Navcores and find on all normal roads or simple junctions the display can keep pace. On multi junctions of complex roundabouts I find the few seconds of lag in display can lead me to take the wrong turn. Have others members experience this and is there a solution. Are newer models the same?

I have two 520s , I have installed the new maps 937.5945 with Navcore 9.701 on one and my other 520 has Truck map 900.4612 with Navcore 8.398 , now if I put same route in of approx 150 miles the new maps and Navcore are adding 30 minutes on to the time I know this route will take , the older maps and Navcore are spot on with time .

I have just upgraded the Navcore using installer 9.510 and all went well. Before I did this I had an Western Europe map on the device. I did as instructed, copied all files to my PC and then deleted everything from the TomTom and then ran the installer.

To get the map back on the device, is it enough for me to just copy the map ...

im new here and im struggling with some of the terminology so i need some simple guidence on how to get these maps working
ive installed and got working uk and Ireland maps but i also would like to install the truck 915 maps that i downloaded with utorrent.

the fast activate program got my uk maps to work but not the truck maps

Hi, new to the forums. Before I attempt anything, I am wanting to find out if I am able to do it. I have my tomtom go 750 live, and would like to know if it is possible to intall tomtom truck onto it?
It has only 2GB internal memory, although I have a 4GB micro SD card.

I have a tomtom 920 with 9.510 navcore.
The speaker is very quiet even though it's on 100%.
I changed the speaker and it's still the same.
I tuned the tomtom into the car's speakers via fm and i can go as loud as i want.
Is there any way to make the internal speaker louder ?
