This has been driving me crazy for sometime.

The TTS goes into to many details with instructions

ie: turn left in 1 mile, turn left in 1/2 mile, turn left in 1/4 mile, turn left in 800 feet, turn left in 400 feet and finally, turn left

I know that it's very complicated in the software to make any adjustments.

Does anyone know if Primo doesn't have as many turn instructions?

Hello All I've noticed that Primo 2 has settings like Fast, Green, Easy, mine is set on fast. Which is the best setting so that
iGO keeps to the main roads instead of choosing backstreet "shortcuts"

Hi, I am trying to run a basic version of iGO8 on a friends navman icn 720. I have done this before and I have unlocked it following this http://navmanunlocked.wikispaces.com/Unlock. But everytime I try to launch iGO8 it gives me an error "iGO8.exe is not a valid windows CE application".
On the back it says the icn720 runs Windows CE 5 Core.
And here's some information I have harvested from the system

I am still very happy with my GPS on paper, but recently I got hold of over 15 Alpine blackbird GPS' (recovered from a pallet that was going to a recycler, I believe some Alpine shop emptied it's closets) off which 12 are still working :cool:

So as any guy would do, I started playing with them :D . I can now unlock the PMD-B100 ...

Hello All, this is my first post I am using Primo 2 and when I tested it at finding the town where I live in Spain it took me down
back streets and eventually told me to go the wrong way down a one way street. I read that only a couple of companies make maps
so are they all the same I.E. can I use maps made for Tom Tom on iGO. How can ...

If I put. 8 GB SD card in my device,(at the moment it is 2 GB)will it have any effect on the way it runs?If I load say the maps of the whole of Europe will have a detrimental effect to its speed and/or performance?Many thanks for ant input.

Has anyone who has downloaded the latest Europe maps had a problem extracting them?I downloaded the 8 parts but they won't unzip properly.Just wondered if I was unlucky...

Hello guys,

My primo 2 doesn't give voice directions (e.g "turn right") sometimes. It mutes the radio and keeps silent. After a few turns though, it does say the voice directions. And the problem comes on and off as I follow the route. Whether it says the directions or not, the background music (radio/cd) is muted. I tried it with non-TTS and TTS voices. Does anyone know a fix to make Primo announce voice commands ...

Is it possible to make calls from the igo primo V2 software rather than having to exit the program when i want to make a call?
