Is there an option within iGo/Primo, etc, for calculating a route based on a max speed?

When I tow my travel trailer, I limit myself to 55mph for safety and mileage reasons. I'm sure that Primo will plan a route based on higher speed limits whenever possible. Hi there can anyone help me i'm running igo primo 2.0 on windows ce with the uk maps and speedcam files. The problem i'm having is the camera icons come up on the map but i have no audio alert telling me. The alert types are set to audio and visual, also the speedcam folder has the text files in it. Any help would be most grateful.

How do I get the English UK voice for the primo truck 2012 Q3

Unfortunately I do not know how to use speedcam files which are not .txt. Looking for example at http://www.navitotal.com/showthread.php?12282-SCDB-Europe-15-Feb-2013 , could somebody help me understand what is each file and how I should use them. Just throw all of them in the speedcam folder?
