I have recently obtained a used Opal 365125 2din navigation system (Chinese).
The unit runs Windows CE 6.0.
From reading the owners manual, I have found that the unit originally had Polstar Polnav navigation software.
When I obtained the unit, the navigation SD card was already missing/lost.
I have a new blank replacement SD card.
I also have a Clarion unit with working IGO Primo maps.
I also have downloaded IGO8 and HERE ...

I have a 7 inch wince 8gb sat nav running igo primo. It was advertised as a truck sat nav. When inputting the vehicle height it in particular doesn't seem to like the numbers 3,4,8,9. As it defaults to the number before it.

Example

I put in 3ft it defaults to 2ft
I put in 8ft it defaults 7ft
I put in 14ft it defaults to 13ft and so on.......

Is there anyway ...

LUNA's maps are only for LUNA!

Maps location --> content > mg > baseline folder.


iGO Store updating

New maps are downloaded from the store into this path: privdocs folder > InappShop > Mount folder.

1. Delete the old maps in content > mg > baseline folder.

2. Move the new maps from Mount folder to baseline folder.

3. Delete also and carefully, all the Israel.xxx.md5 files.

I have an android unit in my car with IGO Primo Nextgen pre-installed with 2018 Here maps.

Everything works fine, but a black square appears on the map in 3D view on the right side of the map. The black area runs from right to left, but always disappears before reaching the middle of the screen.

Does anyone know where this feature could come from? How do you get that black square off? Is this ...

Used to be here regularly and was fairly competent with getting builds up and running, but that was 10 years ago!

I have a Chinese no-make Truck sat nav, based on WinCE 6.0 (build 0, March 2011). It's running Primo 2.4, but last updated in 2013. Recently it hasn't been reliable for planning routes and I'm trying to update the maps.

A lot of people have experienced the mesbox.exe error on gps for china. Here it the fix I found that worked on my gps.

In the sys.txt file under debug add these 3 lines of code.
cache="4194304"
max_memory=138412032
reserve_memory=2097152

After a few hours of tinkering, some insights on the new map (2019.12).

The iGO8 software that works on the WINce operating system does not work with the new map. Back to the previous map (2019.07), and the software works properly.

The Primo 2.4 software on the WINce operating system works properly with the new map (2019.12).

Primo NextGen on Android works properly with the new map (2019.12).

I wonder what in the map can't ...
