hi, can Igo8 be run on Nokia 5800 XpressMusic? I understand the phone has the ram and processing power. can it run Igo or any other GPS program as good as Igo with latest maps and stuff?

I've been searching and haven't found anything that works for me. I currently have "iGo-Primo 2.4-9.6.13 Complete" setup in my car. It works great, besides some random freezes and doesn't show the speed limit, the clock freezes, and bluetooth decides not to connect quite a bit, a few other things. Running IGO Primo 2 on my Android phone and just installed the latest Navteq map. When browsing the map how do you turn of any or all of the following POI icons that are now displayed on the map

Bus Lane Camera
High Accident Zone
Red Light And Speed Camera

When I select POI in igo there is no option for food/restaurants.How do I get this to work?

When I try to run Albert's Easy Activator 6.5 I get ttgo.bif and ttnavigator.bif not found, please run from the root of device/card.

1. Backed up all NAVMAN files
2. Formatted flash memory in the S50 to FAT32
3. Copied all files for TOMTOM Navcore 9.101 for TT ONE to the flash memory

I am thinking of buying a second hand or new gps. I thought of getting a Garmin, really dig their traffic models like the 3000 series stuff, but I realize in a couple of years we cant install new maps on it and wont be as flexible overseas as windows ce based stuff like igo primo.

So leaning on the navman side. Anybody got a suggestion for a gps device that can run latest primo ...

With the help of the good folk here, I've got Primo 2.4 and Truck maps installed on a Chinese no-make.
The unit is working fine today and it's been planning routes around known obstructions, as it should.

Tonight I was tinkering with the settings and was in the UI Labs menu for Cockpit Settings.
I changed it from Auto/Default to Alternative 1, it shut down and restarted with a different screen lay-out, as expected.
