Hello, I'm looking to install IGO navigation for a truck with last maps of Europe.It will be installed on lg g7 , snapdragon processor,Android 10. Can you help me to find which is the latest version because i don't understand English well. Thanks

Good afternoon, I bought a car recently with a generic head unit and the memory card is missing and if I click on navigation it is saying the igo8.exe is missing. Does any one have a link where I can download it from the OS is EN-Prima-V1.53-60Hz I'm not sure if I need to update the OS first and where to find a newer version. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi guys, started like 6 months ago, that for no reason my map screen turns into black screen with only couple of arrows giving me some clues about when I will need to turn left or right in the future down the road, how many kms later.

Most of the time the map screen comes back in a few minutes, but it did happen more than once, that the arrows screen stayed ...

I tried to get support for Igo Primo, but they told me Igo Primo is not supported anymore , but they now have a new app to rteplace the Primo version that was now supported.
You can download and try the new version from the all store, and after they give you 1 day to try including the map for your place.
But this is where I got into trouble. I downloaded igo navigation app ...

Why there's no update of HERE maps for iGo?
Latest i've found are "iGO HERE Europe 2021.Q1"

I have iGO Primo Evo Truck 2.4 and have problems with the visibility of the POIs. The original and self-added pois are only visible when I put the map in 2D. They are not visible in 3D.
Also I can't search for poi's and the search bars remain gray.

I have an XGody sat nav. I have found much newer maps than what they offer as updates. I installed them in the unit fine and left the old licence as well as the new ones. Now when i turn off the Primo software the unit also reboots. Took out the old licence and it wont even start up so put them back in.
Does the primo software also need a licence? Am i mixing ...
