Hi guys, for some reason,
when i went in my car,
fired'up my GPS,
entered destination,
then it found it but,
GPS didn't look like it had a Satellite Lock,,

because when i started to drive,
screen was still in grey, arrow wasn't moving,
like everything was inactive...

then while driving, i retried to enter my destination,
once again it found it but still,
no Satellite Lock cuz screen was still in grey and arrow ...

hello, these lane assists arrows in iGO8

is there a way to increase their size??
im looking on sys.txt examples but there's nothing regarding lane assists size....

I've finally managed to replace IGO8 with the new PRIMO (thanks to
the excellent guideness by the moderators :yahoo:). It looks differently and I'm sure I'll get used to it quickly.

My question is: I haven't been able to locate how to point to a city center
(e.g. if I don't have a street name).
IGO8 and also MIOMAP 3.3 had this - I can't ...

iGO8 will display like 64 KM/H ,,,,

Is it the same for you guys?

and once again,

is there a parameter in sys.txt file to fix this?

i already download program Igo Primo , Igo R3 Version on My Way way GPS...
that's all work fine...but i have something problem when i write at the menu of address / POIs
example .... jalan sudirman >>> hmmm i dont know why that program exactly stuck (blank view) then restart...
and i try to edit my sys.txt ____ the problem has ...

I installed iGO Truck on a few devices (MIO C320, MIO C520 and Becker 7827) and encounter a strange problem: everything seems to be working fine, but after a short while there is no voice to tell you what to do.

I use regular iGO8 voices (no TTS) and installed iGO truck on the devices by copying the iGO.exe file and the sys.txt file to flash-memory (renaming iGO8 through Miomap.exe or (for the Becker) MNAVDCE.exe. ...

i've read that to have the Speed Limit Indicator, where its available,

i needed to add these in my sys.txt;

show_speed_limit=1
show_speed_limit_on_map=1

the thing is, where do you guys suggest i put those....
under , ??

because i dont know why but, under , it looks like it does nothing at all,,,,

im using iGO8 8.3.4 with default skin

im looking around for a way to hide iGO8 signposts when im on the highway...

but im out of luck,,,
i dont know if this is possible or not,,,
thing is, im happy with the default iGO8 skin,,,
i dont want any other skins....


and also, like i said,
i prefer to see the normal 'Bar' which shows me the exit number,,,,

May be it is the wrong thread, but...
I've made a mistake while installating the iGO8 on my Mio Moov 300 and
changed the PATH and AppStartupSec.
After the installation the coputer doesn't recognize never my Mio device nor my SD Card.
I've tried MortScript but without any results...
Expect not recognizing the iGo functions propertly. Another problem is that the iGo turnes off by pushing the device button to "reset" only...
I'll be ...

Is it possible to change the arrow to my own car? How can this be done? Any guides here? I just need one car, not a new skin or a car collection.

I have a built in Sat Nav unit with the latest IGO8, it can be updated using an SD card...
