On my mio moov Spirit the internal TMC-receiver works well when I use the Mio Software.
When I use iGO (8, primo1.1 or primo 1.2) however, it does not because the internal TMC-receiver can not be detected, whatever I put in sys.txt.
Browsing several forums, the problem seems to be that the port the internal TMC-receiver uses (COM1) is closed if the Mio software shuts down.
Is there a workaround so that this port will ...

I have a 2-din Chinese GPS that is running Primo 1.2
I am not certain what brand it is and want to know if there is software I can put on to run TMC.
When I look at the traffic icon I get a screen that says 'ONLINE TRAFFIC' but no delays are shown. Is there a way of telling if this is working?

i have a 2009 camry i bought a after market gps navigation fit in indash i hooked it up and now all it is doing is saying AutoDetecting gps receiver and there is no satellite found what should i do? help! please

Cryptload is a program used to uncontainer container files. You will also need Winrar to open the .rar file.

1. In the upper left-hand corner is a + sign used to add the container packages. Choose file.

Please help before I kill it! Igo8, Amigo or Primo, same problem. After approx 5mins unit keeps flipping to map mode on its own. I change it back to nav mode but it changes again on its own! This goes on constantly. Unit is Chinese 5" wince6. I wondered if it's wince6? I'm. Pulling my hair out.

I have managed to find your place by searching for an unlock hack for the Mio C520.
I have managed to get hold of a brand new one quite cheap but with no maps on DVD.
( DVD not included)
Obviously this satnav is no longer supported and as far as I can see, popular opinion is not to upgrade the firmware....2007 maps installed.

nabi thanks for your turioal and your new builds. but, im having a problem. i have a chinese indash 1.8 din. it runs win 6.0. i fallowed what you said on you totorial. but the first time i loaded .90500 the screen went black and didnt do anything else. But when i touch the screen it makes nosies. (sound like what droplet hitting some water)

then i turned the navi off and then back on ...

my acer as a resolution 320x240, and i have a sd card with iGo 8.5.9.142948,

and i have changed the sys file and works, but the resolution could be better (letters look very small, and in the map, when magnified, the position, shacks a bit).
