First of all a big thank you to those that contribute on here. In the past couple of weeks I've moved from IGO 8 that was supplied on a double din unit I purchased for my Ford Focus to Primo 2.0. And it works well.

I'm not a novice with playing about with Sat Nav devices. I've had a TomTom one for years and had to happily working with the latest Navcore, maps, guidance etc. ...

i'm trying out Primo2 that is Yurbuh's download from here.
junction view does not seem to work. i have it ticked in preferences & it does not work with or without a skin ; i'm using a 320x240 device.
any thgts plse?
tts voices work fine, but i have not tried speedcams yet

Hi guys,

i have just changed to primo 1.2 from igo8 and i must say that i like it a lot ! the only problem is that the tts voice sometimes stutters and sometimes will cut out when saying a instruction, and even sometimes miss out instructions for roundabouts and sometimes turnings for sidestreets, anybody know why this could be happening and how i could fix it ?

using iGo Primo 2.0 9.6.2.209584 October 2011 binatone G430

I am now using the new primo version 2.0 and was wondering how to make it turn off automatically when the power is disconnected and turn back on when power is restored to the unit as per my previous version i was using primo 1.2.

It seems to me that iGO Primo 1.2 on Windows Mobile is about the best of the bunch right now. If someone wanted to pay good money for it, where and how can they get it? Buying it on a device would be fine - perhaps even preferred.

couple of issues
1-
On my primo v1.2 ( on a no name wince 6, 128mb ram satnav) i added a mobile speed camera through the report alert point. The problem is that when I pass this mobile camera point the icon on my screen shows the speed as kph instead of mph. all my other speedcam icons show as mph.
How can I change this to show only MPH icon

I've been using SysConfugurator to tweak setting in SYS.TXT for my Primo 2.0 installation. I did supsect that not all the changes have worked which I put down to a possible difference with the paramaters in 2.0 (and SysConfigurator maybe being for an earlier version of primo as well as Igo 8).

But when I look at the contents of SYS.TXT I notice that some parameters have quotations around the value them i.e. use_all_building_textures="1" whilst ...
