I have a new Erisin android6, 2-din, 7" head unit. Pretty generic.... Flattened the battery in a few days.
The options for power-down time after ignition off are something like:

none
10 min
30min
60min

BUT a nasty flaw: "None" blanks the screen but does NOT power down, ever...
It takes about 700mA, which will not be good for your battery. Ensure this (default) setting is altered.

I'm currently living in Israel for a while, and driving a Chevy Cruze '14 with some Chinese aftermarket head console unit (I believe). I can't find any information about the console unit, but the iGo Primo map seems to be from 2012 – and a lot has changed since then. I have gotten lost and stuck at dead-end roads several times already.
Can anybody help advise where I can find files to update the maps? ...

A few days ago I bought an Android 7.1 Multimedia system center navigation from a Chinese brand.

The installed software was from Basarsoft I think with I think outdates software. It was still from 2013. I was wondering can I change it and updated the maps.

.....And Windows Mobile Device Centre. I had a major update on my Windows 10 computer what stops WMDC and your WinCE device syncing. It looks as yet there is no real fix from Microsoft but on one forum i was looking at someone suggested writing this in a txt file

OK got Primo 2.4 running from a Binatone U605. I am close to full with just West Europe maps but want East as well and looking to run the contents from the SD card. This is what i am using for my Hudle2 tablet and more or less the same for a Galaxy S5 but i was kind of hoping windows CE6 would be almost the same

I have this Binatone U605 sat nav what i would like to run Primo Truck from.. Made my ini file and put the path \SDMMC\MobileNavigator\MobileNavigator.exe. The exe file was originally called Primo what i did try on the ini path with no joy so changed them both to MobileNavigator. I was presuming i would at least get as far as the Primo flash/start screen then take my sys.txt from there. I notice since last using ...

Is the resolution on WinCE versions like Android where you need different downloads/software or is this changed in the sys.text? Bought a Binatone U605 what i have not got yet but was looking to run Primo from the SD card. Cant find info on resolution on these units but was hoping i could just download a version and change the sys text,

Am i thinking it all wrong?
