I am hoping someone can help with this. My screen in Day mode is too bright, I can only see the road that I am supposed to be following but all roads leading off my route are very white with only street names showing. I have tried to reduce the brightness using the menu but it has no effect. It doesn't matter what skin I use, all are too bright.

I uploaded my iGo program onto it and everything works fine.

My problem is that I need Cantonese and/or Mandarin language on the gps system AND iGo software so my father can use it.

Does anyone know how I can solve this problem ? ...

I have an inbuilt System in my car that has IGO with TeleAtlas maps from 2008. I have just downloaded the latest that are now TomTom maps, but do I need a new license for these.

I'm using iGO8.3.4 with satisfaction on my 320x240 PNA. I even tried Primo 2.0, but returned to the "good-old 8". However, the map colors of Primo are much nicer for my eyes, and I want to have these colors in iGO8. Is it possible, and if yes, how? I use Ultra skin 6.0.22. I tried to get the default schemes out of the data.zip of Primo, copied into the content/scheme folder in iGO8, ...

I'm getting fed up with my Omnitech gps with 64MB RAM and thinking of buying a new one. I've chosen three from ebay. All are Chinese non-branded gps with Android & WinCE OS. I would like to try Android OS since Primo 2 is now available for that but still need some feedback before making a final decision. Here are the devices that I have chosen:

Hello. Just a couple questions about Primo2. I started with the basic package and extra goodies found here (I did click thanks :thumbup: ) and thru trial and error have put together a fantastically usable system for in the Big Truck. I only have a few things i haven't quite figured out yet.

1 - The arrival time on the unit is always about an hour more ...

Is there anyway of decreasing the amount of times the nav voice comes on for directions?

ie: In one mile......in 1/2 mile....in 400 feet....in 200 feet. (Driving me crazy).

I did check the menu and didn't see anything. Maybe something to tweak in the .sys file?
