Forgive me if I'm posting something that's been asked before, but I cannot find anything about the specific device I've got in question. I'm taking delivery of an ancient Garmin GVN 53 soon, to install in an old Bentley (old style RCA video/audio connectors for the nav screen, so I'm severely limited on choice if I wish to retain the original display that originally was driven by a DVD Alpine Unit).

I updated the firmware of the Navigator V through the Garmin Express and now I cannot access the files through the USB and when turning on the GPS the map does not appear and the log in the sequence the GPS freezes. Can anyone guide me what can be done?

My Nuvi 1370 shows money in euros and not US dollars.

How do I change the setting?

I want to update my Garmin 2597 LMT with Garmin express but the device does not connect to the pc. Can be with the sd card but I do not have the necessary files. thank you for helping me .
I tried several methods, it didn't work.

I use a 78Map SC. I bought it specifically due to the Birdseye capabilities by using .jnx files of marine charts.
Recently Garmin discontinued the subscription and I am a little upset with the situation :013:
I perused the forum and found little information about Birdseye.
Is there any way of circumventing the limitation ...

Hi guys, just bought new car (I'm in Europe) it uses gamin maps, currently has 2015 maps, I downloaded the CN Europe 2023 image by firefox58 (thank you) put it on my stick, off to car, woo hoo validating update... Then it said... Nah this isn't the file you need, installed is OEM CN EUROPE 2015. What do i do now!! Sorry I did say I was clueless.

I've tried to load several topo maps on my echomap 71sv and failed. The maps seem to be in a format that is not supported. Is there a solution to this?
