I have a Garmin 2447LM.
I made the change to Windows Explorer to show hidden files.
But when I connect my GPS, I do not see hidden files and folders.
So I can not delete the old card to update the map.
Can you help me?

I read somewhere that Bulgaria off road trips and trails are available for Garmin. How can I download such maps? Are they available in English?

A few days ago I updated my maps using Garmin Express but since then I have lost my "Voice Control" functionality. The "Voice Control" option has completely disappeared from my menus - even from the Help files. I have also lost bluetooth functionality and Traffic functionality - the icons have all disappeared. One other thing... the model number displayed on start-up and in the "About" section is "Nuvi 37xx" instead of "Nuvi 3790"...

Before I am considering to buying a Garmin Gpsmap 64 model...

But can it that I use the topo maps I already have for my old Gpsmap 60Cx, unlocked with the 25 caracters licence key for my mapsource, to upload them on the new unit, or is it that there is another protection and software for this new model 64 and so i have to buy new licence code ?

I tried to update my European maps and this appeared to work - Maps were loaded successfully etc. When I came to calculate a route, I got the error "Cannot calculate the route" .

So I went to my backup and copied everything from the Garmin folder back in (removed the new files first). There is approx 1.5Gb free on the device when as per windows explorer. The problem still exists. I try to ...

I've updated a Garmin Nuvi 760 using the Garmin Express software to the latest software version 5.40. I've since tried to update the stored maps Europe NT 2009 map using an external SDCard with various 2013-2015 NT maps copying the image over and following the folder structure. (various tutorials on youtube)

The Garmin is not seeing any maps on the SDCard. Is there a chance the software update is preventing them from showing up?

Can anyone help? I have a Garmin Nuvi 775T. Does anyone know if this device supports unicode? I have found a torrent to download the 2015 maps in unicode (currently downloading) but don't know if I can use it (also downloading non- unicode 2014 maps just in case).

I accidentally formatted the internal flash disk from a NUVI 465T.
I have not made a backup.
What should I do?
note: I confused the flash disk with the SD Card using the SDFormatter utility.

I have a Kenwood KNA-G510 unit.

I have the North American 2015.20 map IMG

I tried using Jetmouse to generate a code for this map using 3471

When I put the card into the unit.... It is telling me that the maps are for a different region.

Am I doing something wrong?
