Is there a way to convert NT to a Non-NT version of City Navigator North America? My Honda motorcycle's built in GPS uses Garmin data which they no longer choose to support. Where do I put the .img and how do i install it in mapsource.

I'm trying to upload a new unlocked gmapprom Europe 2011.1 image to my garmin streetpilot 2720. All goes well till about 5 minutes before the end. Does somebody know where in the Garmin software (which file(s)) one can find (and change !) the COM-port Garmin is looking for to connect to the GPS device ?
