first,this is my first step with garmin.
I have troubles with maps.
i hav downloaded many mapps,all named gmapsupp.IMG,but how can i transfer to device?
mapsource cannot load this maps. whats wrong by me?

I have the following Chinese no name brand head unit, Suzuki Grand Vitara digital Touch screen DVD player with DIVX TV/RDS/ BlUETOOTH/USB/SD CARD/GPS/iPod/DV
The unit is running the following software.

Every time I load the Garmin software it come up in chinese, and there is a lock symbol in the top left hand corner of the unit. I ...

and loaded it to my din 2. I finally got it to come up but everything is in chinese, how do i get it to english?
Also on the screen comes up a message saying SAFE DRIVING and does not go away, how do i get this to disappear?

Hi I just purchased a Chinese Din2 Suzuki Grand Vitara digital Touch screen DVD player with DIVX TV/RDS/ BlUETOOTH/USB/SD CARD/GPS/iPod/DV. I do not know what brand it is as it is not stated on the box nor on the unit itself.
Everything works fine except the GPS. I click on NAVI it opens and says no active software. I put in my micro sd card and select the exe file to run it, but it ...

I have both GB Discoverer 50k and Garmin Topo UK v2

the discoverer is .IMG
topo UK is hundreds of .img

the topo UK map will work in mapsource but i cant seem to get discoverer to open

I have installed the discoverer map to my device and it is working nice...

I think as i cant add discoverer to mapsource...
I will not be able to add any birdseye images to the map ?? ...

How do I get the Autodrive 1.99 and Anavasis 4.55-a
image file (. img);

Anyone know how to get Freecaddie to work on a Nuvi?

helooo I have one chinese navigation Xdrive, on it put mem cart with garmin: GarminMobileXTforWindowsCE_50010, that start it, but in setings iin about info write: havnt good unid id for unlocking, and cant unlock it to use GPS resiver built in init..... can some one help me to unlock it... if some one know...thanks alot!!
