I own a Garmin Device Nuvi 205W I am very new to Garmin never used before, I would like to ask for help how to update the software itself and also upload Maps on it.

Having updated the wife's TT, my mother now wants to updated her NUVI 1300. Could someone be so kind as to point me in the right direction (tutorial/which map for the UK?) The TT titles make it obvious whic map to use - the Garmin ones less so.

I have downloaded NT 2011.30 about a month ago on a 2g sd card from a different site before I found this site.
do I have the most up to date maps, or are there new maps available here

Hi Guys.
I have downloaded City Navigator N.A.2011.40 and Europe 2012.20 .They are in Mapsource and I can view them on the P.C.no problem.I can select them, send them to my GPS it loads them, then imforms me that the map set needs to be unlocked.Here lies the problem.
The maps appear in mapsource and show that the maps are "not lockable" how ever there is no provision given to unlock the maps to the ...

I want to put UK & Ireland maps on my nuvi. I have followed all tuts and i just cant figure anything out..
please tell me how to do it.... im pulling my hair out

Could someone kindly confirm whether or not the "City Navigator North America NT 2012.20" map update can be used on a "Garmin c550 pilot"?
Sorry if it's dumb question....I really am a noob at this stuff...although I was able to update my "Garmin Nüvi 260W" ok....which was pretty cool.

When I try to calculate route my PNA writes "UNABLE TO CALCULATE ROUTE. NOT ENOUGH MEMORY AVAILABLE". Only for long distance calculatin (more then 1000 km).
Any ideas, thx
