Hi All,

I'm trying to install a Primo 9.6.7.242597 on a 7" tablet by TEAC model Accord 711 (it comes with a navigation application preinstalled but not at the quality of Primo/Igo8. It runs Android ofcourse.

The installation is smooth but when I try to invoke it an error message is displayed indicating that the resolution
1024X552 is not supported.
I don't recall seeing such a resolution anywhere, so I can't actually load a data.zip ...

Also, if you are a long-time member of Navitotal, you know that I'm not a fan of Primo in NA because its navigation is suspect. It turns out that it wasn't Primo but the Navteq maps that was causing the navigation error. I just downloaded and installed the latest Navteq maps for NA and the error is now a thing of the past. Is there a possibility to install multiple Tomtom countrys on one device and how to do that?

Hi, I downloaded Primo2 having finally got into WinCe 5.0 on my device and extraced and copied to SDMMC card. When i execute primo2 I get the above message which in full reads 'User interface resolution is not supported or compatible skin can not be found. Exiting application.' Anyone know what I can do about that please. My device was advertised as 240x320 resolution when I bought but I guess its not. Thanks Steve.
