The maps I have are Japanese I don’t know anything about how to change maps in the sd car. I don’t know if I buy VW maps it will be fine also or I need clarion. Please advise ...

Hi,
some times ago (years ???) big maps like Europ or Western Europ were provided in smaller parts.
Now these maps are provided in one chunck : I use Jdownloader to get the maps but it keeps redoing download again and again when the downloaded size approachs 1GB.
Am i the only one having this problem ???

A week ago, I bought myself a Hyundai i20 with built in GPS, type Kenwood DNX3160BT.
I went first to the Kenwood website, looking for updates and found them. A file named S_V3_1_0008_0900.zip which was around 600MB.
