nav unworkable when this message appears..

I have just aquired a tomtom 825, I am running windows 10 and can not for the life of me get the damn thing to show as a removeable drive. Windows just instals it as a network adapter can anyone point me in the right direction please..

Was wondering if anyone knew how to get true "Home" and "Work" favorites in Primo, so that they are separate from the rest of the favorites (which are in alphabetical order). In iGo 8, it had "special" favorites for this.

Right now, I'm just putting special characters in front of the favorite names to keep them at the top of the list, (1. Home, 2. Work, for example), but it would be nice if there ...

Does anyone have a copy of iGO Primo 1.1, 8.5.11.176142 (24 Jan 2011) Clarion still kicking around? TIA

Does anyone have happened to get any Australian maps/licences to work with next gen. I've tried all maps including here, where is and tom tom but nothing seems to work. Have been trying to get this going for many months now. Thanks

I have primo 1.2 with tts voices working perfect, is it possible to get these to work with primo 2.4 or do I have to download new tts voices ?
