i face something unusual
i have a TT carminat 9844 that could use 8.842 (!)
i successfully tested another card on it with differing ttgo.bif number.

i wanna update it so i do as usual and activate with fastactivate

that leads me to:

i don't have any product code so i don't know what to do...

Sorry if this is a stupid question. Anyone know exactly what a gma file is? as in 'gmapprom.gma'

Is this an authentication file? Is it tied to the map itself, or can you add new maps without having a new gma file?

i've got a TomTom 940 Live without a lifetime maps update, but I want a newer maps because it's so incorrect...
But the problem is, I don't find an europe maps for my TomTom. :(

Can anyone help me or give me a Link to download a maps and an installation tutorial?
