I've been given a TT One 3rd edition UK & Ireland with 2007 mapping - trying to update it as it to help SWMBO stop getting lost.....

Lurked a bit first but looks a great site so I've signed-up.

First thing - can I stop the auto-pop-up of these infolinks that cover my screen!?

I have allready updated several times all kind off tomtom's.
Now im running windows 10 on my laptop, and the fast activate doesnt work well.
When i run it as administrator, the screen pops up, and goes away.
Tried several navcores, and also different maps, and still the same problem.
Tried it on a different laptop also, windows 8, the same problem.
It was always a piece off cake, but im struggling with this one ...

hi all I have a tomtom xl n14644 with v8.833 navcore when I connect to tom tom home I get a warning about its age and it say I cannot update maps or buy maps is there anything I can do to enable me to upgrade it

So if the subject displayed i will buy a brand new Tom Tom device in The Netherlands.
But i know that the Tom Tom start versions can't be updated without the TomTom site.
So which new types are updateble without the TomTom site?

Hopefully there someone have an answer for me.

So I bought a Binatone Carrera X430 with the plan to do some cool mounting **** in my next car.

Here's the problem, I can't find the TMC adapter...... they don't seem to sell it anymore. What's more, I have literally no idea what the hell this socket is ? Usually I call on Fatboyfun for this but I know he's retired, so let's hope :D

Since I updated my Prestigio Geovision 5057 with the latest software and maps 2016Q1 I couldn't find an option POSTCODE/CITY only CITY is available when I want to search for a new address. I can't search by POSTCODE only by CITY. Before updating everything was ok.
