Hi to all i have just got another car and its got a navitec satnav with navngo igo8 8.3.2.80621 march 10 2009 with just Turkish map on it,this being the first ever satnav for me looks like i will be doing a lot of reading, i will be trying to download and install European maps as hope to drive back to UK next year, thanks to everybody's hard work on here this should be made ...

I have pasted "MyVersions.txt" below.I have downloaded 9.540.2-2040-CAB-navcore-LE.cab file. I can see the files in the CAB file.

What are the steps to upgrade the Navcore ? Eventually I would like to upgrade the maps to 980.7957 (or 980.7896).

i have nuvi 50lm uk and ireland map, so my question are is it possible to put extra map in sd card? is it i need to unlock software? and how to do it? i can't find out how to change settings to mtp, and how to find out hwinfo :022:

Hi,

Running Primo 2.4 on an Android 2DIN head unit with Google TTS installed and working. TTS and head unit language set to UK English, iGO set to use Serena UK English voice. Can't use any other TTS engine as volume is too low but that's another issue ;o)

Everything works fine but when I am told to turn left on to A258 the Google TTS says I258 and not A258. Anyone know why?
