Hello! I have a igo nextgen android israel and I do not go my search online, traffic and weather I go but online search, not why?

Ok it's all working but only work in the internal memory in the sd does not recognize anything Some idea or explanation

Just bought a Drive 61LM on USA but can´t unlock City Navigator 2018 South America on it. On my Nuvi 52 it works ok. Any special procedure for this new Drive line?

Is there anything i can do?
Computer not regonize it anymore normally.

I have tryed push upper left corner and reinstall firmware with webupdater, but not success with it.
When i push upper left corner then computer found gps-device and webupdater finds it, but update failed.
