Hello,

I am looking for a tomtom where I can install tomtom truck with europa maps. So its good to have a lot of internal memory or use an sd card.

I saw a tomtom go 6100. Is that a good one for tomtom truck, or are here other suggestions?

I also see tomtom 600. With micro sd

This has been happening regularly over the years and I've never figured out a solution.
Sometimes after a map update I get extra POI files, but then I can't search for a POI location.
What's causing this?

Hope you are doing well.
In the past, both with Nuvi 3597 and Drive 61, I could just put TopoActive Europe Maps on a sdcard (either from my Forerunner 965 or from internet) and use it for light offroad. Same as OSM Topo maps like frikart.no or maprando.
On the Nuvi 3597 I am not sure if I patched the device, I think not.

Just bought a Etrex 32x to test along the 30 and 30x.
During the tests, while simulating a creation of a route to the nearest airport using "automotive navigation" I get the following message:
"Detailed maps do not support automotive or motorcycle driving".
Details:
Etrex 32x Gen2
Fw2.90
TopoActive Europe 2024.20 West

The same action with the same TopoActive Maps on the Etrex 30x and Etrex 30 work ...

voila j ai un souci j ai un TomTom one XL et en voulant formater ma clé USB j ai formater mon TomTom par erreur pas de sauvegarde par contre j ai sur mon ordi le disque c un fichier TomTom Upgrade et a la racine j ai 4 fichier backup.download.fromdevice.sharing quand je vais dans from device j ai plein de fichier compresser radar .canada ect.Western_Europe_1GB.zip que ...

I downloaded igo.
All files are in root sd_card in folder igo_world
apk is installed.
At first run is progress bar to install igo.
And at that moment is progres bar is 0%. No error messages at all.

The same when i move folder "igo_world" to root internal memory
