Why does the nuvi 2689 device not read the memory card?

Just would like to know if I can use my Becker Travel Assit High Speed in Australia. If so how to get and upload the maps?

I have two garmin alpha 300 handhelds, I have one micro sd card with a lot of maps on it (birdseye, .jnx jiles), I copied the maps to a new sd card hoping I could use those maps with both devices but it doesn't work. With IGO primo on a micro sd card
However it won’t load up and I get an error message

I’m confused as what to do here

It worked previously in another mk7 transit
