About the images of the variants and card collections, in the middle of the table, we have red tick (card does not work I suppose), green tick (card works well) and light green tick. But what is the significance of the color light green? Does it work or not depending on the patched navcore?

I have a Rider 2013 with navcore 9.501 patched.
