Updating my NUVI 860t maps

Hi ive got a nuvi 860t i have had it for a year but the maps are really out dated its the full european model so i was wondering if anyone has had experience with where to get the maps from and how to update the sat nav. Any help/advice is greatly appreciated, Thanks
