Unlocking to Device

Hi GUYS
YOU ARE DOING A GREAT JOB.
I HAVE JUST DOWNLOADED AND INSTALLED CITY NAV NORTH AMERICA & EUROPE. THEY BOTH WORK GREAT ON MY P.C. BUT WILL NOT LOAD TO MY GPS. iN MAPSOURSE IT SAYS THAT BOTH ARE( NOT LOCKABLE)BUT THEY ARE LOCKED TO MY DEVICE.GPSmap276c
WHAT GIVES!!!!!!derrr dont understand!!!!!!!!!
I would like some help please

Try to remove .unl & .gma files if they are in device....
