Could this Taiwan map in english file be re-uploaded onto another hoster site like Bitshare or Uploader..I can't access Multiupload from where I am. I think we are locked out..

It's not only your problem - Multiupload ist down, like many other hosters.

How about the Chinese "115" hosting site? Possible? I have to use Google translate whenever use that site!!..but got no choice because I not chinese literate.
