You have no idea why it does not work for me JCV feature of the new software, which works with the software 3.60 or more old.

Correct path:
On unit - x:/.System/JCV/D3589120A.jcv
or
On microSD - x:/Garmin/JCV/D3589120A.jcv

If you've placed the file correctly, back up your favorites if you wish to keep them and then hard-reset the unit by holding the lower right-hand corner of the screen then turn it on. A reset or clearing nonvol memory will often fix strange behavior.

The JCV file for me is the same, but nothing changes and the hard reset did not help. The JCV feature only works with the older software.

Sorry, but I think you need to look elsewhere for your problem. Version 3.80 doesn't block JCV for EUU 2015.10 on my US nuvi 40. Here's the proof:
